It sounds like Mandy had a very good understanding of the world and how to market to men. Men who say breast size doesn't matter are the same as women who say penis size doesn't matter, both are on the fringe, the exceptions that prove the rule.

I have found what Mandy was trying to say to be very true. I was an A/B cup for a very long time. I couldn't make cleavage to save my life. So I tried inserts and padded bras, and found that on the days I employed them I got more positive attention from men regardless of what I was wearing or how little makeup I had on. This attention felt good, it made life a little easier and I felt good. Eventually I got a breast augmentation. I only went up one cup size and found I still need a little padding, so I'll probably go back and trade up to a larger size.

A woman can be ugly and still be considered attractive if she is buxom. Why just last week while walking down the street two couples were walking towards me. One of the men frantic to get the other's attention as I neared saying "great tits tho!" A kind of strange affirmation that men alway notice breasts first..
